The Royal Doulton 'Janet' figurine, a beloved design by the eminent Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, recently underwent a museum-standard restoration. This porcelain figure, measuring a compact 6.25 inches (15.88 cm) tall, presented a repair challenge due to its small size and the precise nature of the damage.

The injury was a straightforward break to the neck. Despite the clean nature of the fracture, the repair required meticulous attention, particularly in the subsequent colour-matching process.
